This is a 1 gallon concentrate that will break into 5 gallons of RTU product. This is a non-toxic, ordorless, long-chain antimicrobial, biostatic technology that can be applied to any and all surfaces and fabrics, indoors and out. It bonds to all properly cleaned surfaces (porous and non-porous) to inhibit the growth of mold and odor-causing bacteria. Will NOT stain or damage walls, furniture or fabric.
